Edit Options

 

Company Accounts- You can enter an IFTA Account #, GST Tax ID, and Texas Taxpayer Number (If applicable). These will appear on the IFTA tax forms.

Trip Options- This is where you can designate the starting trip and load number. The system will count up from these numbers. You must enter a number higher than the last load/trip number used in the system.

Street Level Routing- If 'yes' is selected, PC Miler will calculate the miles based on the full address entered. If 'no' is selected, PC Miler will calculate the miles based on city/state to city/state.

Invoice Options-This is where you can enter the starting invoice number, invoice terns, late charge, and an invoice message that will appear on every invoice.

Application Options- TruckingOffice Sender- If 'yes' is selected, all emails sent from the software will be sent from 'reply@truckingoffice.com'. Checking "yes" to TruckingOffice Sender will prevent emails from being considered as spam. If 'no' is selected, all emails sent from the software will be sent from the company email.

 

 

Subscription page:

 

The Subscription page is where you can manage your account. Start by clicking on Profile in the top black navigation bar, then Subscription. (This is available to users that have already subscribed.)

 

Manage Number of Trucks- This will allow you to change the number of trucks. If you're wanting to change to a smaller plan and there is a NO symbol, that means you have too many active trucks in the system to downgrade to the smaller plan. To make trucks inactive, see Settings-Units.

Premium Features- This is where you can manage the Premium features that are available. 

Manage Billing Frequency- This allows you to choose from Monthly billing or Annual billing (Annual Billing gives you a discounted rate-one month free every year)

Manage Product Level-This allows you to switch from Basic to Pro and vice versa. The extra features on the Pro version are: the ability to enter partial loads into the system, you can create deductions on driver settlements, there's a remit-to option on invoices, including the ability to enter factoring fees/quick payments, there is a document storage feature where you can upload documents, there is a customer report that breaks down the revenue for each customer, recurring expenses, a basic and detailed invoice pdf, and a system generated bol.

Apply Discount Code-If you were offered a discount code, it would be entered in this section.

Edit Credit Card-This allows you to update the credit card and billing address on file. This will completely replace the old card. 

View Billing History-This will show you your billing history/details.

 

Company Details

Edit- allows you to update the company information. The address and phone number will appear on the invoice. City and state only are required, the rest of the fields are optional. 

Upload Company Logo-The Company Logo will appear on the invoice. The Maximum Image size is 1MB and the allowed formats are jps, jpeg, pjpeg, x-png, png, gif, or bmp.

 

Account Owner

This allows you to edit the company owner information: first name, last name, email, and password.

 

Users

This section allows you to add, delete, and manage users. Users can each have their own username and password and you can designate what roles each user will have. 

 

Roles:

 

Dispatcher-

HAS access to: Dispatch Page

Does NOT have access to: Invoices, Expenses, Maintenances, Reports, Profile, and Settings.

 

Mechanic-

HAS access to: Maintenance

Does NOT have access to: Dispatch, Invoices, Expenses, Reports, Profile, and Settings.

 

Accounting-

HAS access to: Dispatches, Expenses, Reports, Invoices

Does NOT have access to: Profile, Settings

 

ELD Admin-

HAS access to: ELD Web App

Does NOT have access to: TMS, Profile, Settings.

 

*Only the Company Owner will have access to the Profile section to add, delete, and deactivate a user.
