Units

Start by clicking on Settings (in the top black navigation bar) then Units.

Active / Inactive - Clicking ‘active’ will show you a list of all trucks you currently have set up that are actively being used and hauling loads. Clicking ‘inactive’ will show you a list of all of the trucks you have made inactive or that are in the system that you’ve selected to not use.

To add a unit, click the ‘Add Unit’ button

• Enter the unit number
• Select the Type by clicking on the drop down box (Truck, Trailer, or Misc)
• If selecting Truck or Trailer, a selection box will appear below that says "Ownership Type". For Truck, please select either Company Owned or Owner Operator. For Trailer, please select the type of trailer from the drop down box.

Initial Location is where the truck is starting from. When you create your first trip with this truck, the system will calculate the empty miles from the initial location to the first pickup. The initial location will default to the company location if it has already been entered. If you would like to change this location, click "create initial location". Do not click Edit, as this will change the company profile address. Once you click Create Initial location, only the city/state is required. The rest is optional.

You will then be back to the ‘Add a Unit’ page, click ‘save’ to add the unit.

To Make a Truck Inactive:

• Click Edit on the Units page on the right side (under actions) for the unit you want to make inactive.
• Beside Status, click 'Inactive'
• Click Save
