Quickbooks Export Feature:
How to Enable the QuickBooks Export Feature (Pro version Only):
- Click on Profile in the top black navigation bar.
- Click Subscription.
- Click the green button labeled "Premium Features" across the top.

- This is where you can manage all of the premium features that are available. The Quickbooks Export feature also comes with Fuel Card Import. The price will vary depending on the number of active trucks you're running. (1-2 trucks is $5 per month, 3-7 Trucks is $10 per month, 8+ trucks is $15 per month)
- Click Confirm.

Online Quickbooks Users: If you have online Quickbooks, you will have the ability to export address, customers, vendors, loads, invoices, and expenses into your existing Quickbooks Account.
To Export an invoice into your quickbooks online account:
- Click on Invoices in the top black navigation bar.
- Click on the green button at the top that says Quickbooks Exporter.


- Once you've connected your Quickbooks account, you can click Export, which is located on the invoice list page under Actions on the right side (see picture above).
To Export an Expense into your online quickbooks account:
- Click on the Expense tab in the top black Navigation bar
- Click Quickbooks Exporter
- Click Connect with Quickbooks and log into your online quickbooks account
- Each expense will have an Export button next to it.
- After clicking Export, you will need to choose an "Account" and "Line Item Account" listed at the bottom of the page. The "Account" Category MUST match the categories created in quickbooks
- To Add a category in QBO, click on the Expenses tab on the side Navigation bar, then click the Drop Down arrow next to "Payment Account" then click Add New. Enter the category within the "name" column. (See Below)

To Export Addresses, customers, vendors, or loads to QuickBooks (online or offline):
- Click on Settings in the top black navigation bar
- Click on Data Export
- Click on the green Export New Data button
- Select a beginning and end date from the calendar Icon.
- Click on the drop down box beside Export Data Type. You can choose from Addresses, Customers, Vendors, or Loads.
- Click on the drop down box beside Export Format. You can choose from online, offline, or CSV (spreadsheet)
- Click Export Data.
- You will see a blue Notification that says "Notice: done, you can download file now" with a blue hyperlink below that says "click here for files". This will bring up a list of all of the files that have been exported.
