How to Enable the Fuel Card Import feature (Pro version Only):
- Click on Profile in the top black navigation bar.
- Click Subscription.
- Click the green button labeled "Premium Features" across the top.

- This is where you can manage all of the premium features that are available. The Fuel Card Import feature also comes with Quickbooks Export. The price will vary depending on the number of active trucks you're running. (1-2 trucks is $5 per month, 3-7 Trucks is $10 per month, 8+ trucks is $15 per month)
- Click Confirm.

To Import Fuel expenses:
- Click on Expenses in the top black navigation bar.
- Click on the green button labeled Import Fuel Expenses.
- This feature works with any fuel card-you would need to transfer the information from your fuel card to a CSV (spreadsheet) using the sample file listed. The Sample file can be downloaded by clicking on the blue "Sample file" link. (see picture and formatting tips below).
- Upload the CSV by clicking on Choose File. Once the file is selected, click Import Fuel Expenses.

Tips and Tricks for importing fuel expenses in Pro:
Make sure to download the Sample file. You will click on Expenses in the top black navigation bar, then click Import Fuel Expenses. Files can be uploaded from a CSV (spreadsheet) only.
Examples for formatting:
Date: 1/4/2016
Amount: 164.18, or $164.18
Description: Anything can be entered into this column
Truck Number: Enter the truck number exactly as it appears in the Truck Number list in your account. (you can go to Settings, then Units to check) Don't enter the truck type or the make/model unless it's part of the truck number.
Gallons: 1500 (do not use a comma)
Odometer: 353422 OR 353,422 (with or without a comma)
State: SC or South Carolina (abbreviated or spelled out)
Also: Make sure to have the header in the first column. (date, amount, description, truck_number, gallons, odometer, state)
